AZUR Rosencamping Schwäbische Alb is located in the green heart of southern Germany. The camp site is beautifully situated in the friendly undulating and wooded countryside of Baden-Württemberg, just south of Reutlingen and Stuttgart. A lovely area for walking and for sampling the wonderful southern German atmosphere.

The camp site is renowned for its child friendliness and is a wonderful location for a camping holiday with the whole family. Activities are organised for the children in summer and during school holidays such as Easter and Whitsun so they will never get bored.

There is also a small area with animals (donkeys and rabbits) and you can play outdoor chess on a giant chess set. It goes without saying that there is a swimming pool and this level natural terrain also offers a playground, volleyball field and minigolf. You can play tennis, golf and bowling in the vicinity.

A great trip out can be made to the nearby summer bobsleigh run or the stables for horse riding in the countryside. The Traumland auf der Bärenhöhle amusement park is in Sonnenbühl. Also enjoyable is the breathtaking descent to the most deeply located lake in the world, the mysterious Blautopf. There is plenty to do in and around the camp site but if you want longer trips out by car you can always visit the bustling town of Munich or northern Switzerland and the Bodensee.
