A green, intimate camp site in the Hunsrück. The Hunsrück is the high-lying hilly area between Trier and Koblenz, in the authentic German wine growing area around the Mosel, the Rhine and the Saar.

Campingpark Hunsrück is located in the middle of the wooded nature reserve Hunsrück-Saar. The site is noticeable because the grounds are divided into small circles, each with just a couple of pitches. This gives it an intimate feel: it seems as though you are on a small camp site yet you have all the amenities that a large site has to offer.

There is a central swimming pool and an apart toddlers' pool for the young ones. There is also a small lake. The children will have lots of fun in the playground. Also on this camp site: minigolf, a tennis court, an entertainment programme, and go-carts can be rented. You will find a sauna, a skittle alley and stables close by.

The extensive woods around Reinsfeld invite you to take long walks in the countryside where you can appreciate true silence. You can make great trips out by car along the River Mosel or on the Hunsrückhöhenstraße tourist route. The town of Bernkastel-Kues with its old half-timbered houses is easy to reach. You can sample the wine and taste the food in true German style in several places. France, Luxembourg and Saarland can be reached in no time. Europe's oldest town, lovely Trier is just over 10 km away with its Roman buildings such as the Porta Nigra and the Kaiserthermen. As the camp site in Reinsfeld is very close to the A1 Köln-Saarbrücken motorway this is also useful a stopover camp site en route to southern Germany, Switzerland or eastern France.
