Campeggio Florenz is located directly by the sea, on the Adriatic coast of the Emilia Romagna province, just north of Ravenna. There is an excellent private beach next to the site. The grounds are mostly level and one part of the camp site is set in the dunes. There is a lovely swimming pool on the site with a separate shallow section for small children. Entry to the pool is not included: for two weeks use of the swimming pool you pay € 7,50 per person plus a deposit of € 5 for the entry pass. Children certainly need not be bored: when they have had enough of sun,

sea and sand there is always the miniclub organised by the entertainment team. Indulge yourself in the wellness centre!

You are soon in the village of Lido degli Scacchi on foot, with shops, open air cafes and restaurants. Lido degli Scacchi is located not only by the sea but also on the large Lake Comacchio. A good way of exploring the lake is by excursion boat or canoe. There are also lovely cycle routes marked out. If you want a day out by car, try Venice (100 km) or Ravenna! The towns of Bologna and Verona can also be easily reached from here. The children will not forget a visit to Mirabilandia theme park in a hurry. Campeggio Florenz is an ideal family camp site for a varied beach holiday in Italy!
