Weather was fantastic, lots to do and see. Jesolo is a lovely town and we were still only a bus and boat ride away from venice. Too.

Proximity to Venice, made it easy to get to. As it was so flat, perfect for cruising around on bikes with the kids. The sea was lovely and shallow, clean and safe. Traffic getting to the lido can be quite heavy as a single track road, as we drove in. But it's very close to the port for anyone getting the boat across from Venice.

We liked that it was away from the centre as it was very quiet at night and not on a busy road. We had hired bikes so it was easy for us to cycle to the beach or into the centre. It was semi shaded so we stayed cool in the heat of the day, but had patches of sun if we wanted to sunbathe.

Stayed on Jesolo Mare Family Camping Village in Jesolo in July 2018

Close to the sea, a few restaurants within walking distance but too far to walk to the town. However, once you sussed out the buses it was fine. Took much longer to get to Venice than we had hoped and thought.
