Enjoy a holiday within walking distance of the beach, close to the attractive centre of Egmond aan Zee. Stroll along the beach or take a dip in the sea or the swimming pool. Or enjoy a refreshing drink in the beach bar (and a hot chocolate in winter).Children will have a great time here. From the park you can walk or cycle in any direction to discover the countryside.
Heated outdoor pool and laser games
There is plenty to do for all ages at Roompot Kustpark Egmond aan Zee. The heated outdoor pool with paddling pool is open in the summer months.The kids club is especially for the youngest guests. They can also enjoy themselves in the playground or on the trampolines. A large part of Roompot Kustpark Egmond aan Zee is traffic-free.
For the teenagers (and adults) there is a table tennis table, and you can play laser games in the park.
Climb the lighthouse
The holiday park is a 10-minute walk from the beach of Egmond aan Zee. This beach has a Blue Flag, which shows that the beach is clean and safe.There a lighthouse, built in the year 1833, in the dunes. In the summer it is possible to climb up the lighthouse on Fridays. Highly recommended, because the view over the dunes and the sea is beautiful.

Basic provisions are available in the supermarket on the park. For bigger shopping, the nearest supermarket is one and a half kilometres away.If you don't feel like cooking for yourself, there is a snack bar and a restaurant in the park.
Discover the area
Egmond aan Zee has an attractive centre with various shops and several restaurants. There is plenty to do for active holidaymakers. From the park you can walk or cycle in all directions to explore the countryside. You can rent bicycles at the reception of the park if you don’t take your own with you. If you like the city life, Alkmaar (15 minutes' drive), Haarlem (40 minutes' drive) and Amsterdam (45 minutes' drive) are all within easy reach. De Goudvis Playpark is great for the children, and they can play indoors and outdoors.
