Do you want to secure your favourite campsite, but the prices or availability for 2026 haven’t been announced yet? No problem! With a pre-booking, you can reserve your spot for just €25. As soon as prices are confirmed, we’ll contact you to finalise your booking. It’s hassle-free and gives you a head start! And the €25? That will be deducted from your final booking.

How does it work?

Go to 2026 in the calendar
Find your preferred date and accommodation in the price table.
Click ‘Pre-book now’
If the ‘Pre-book now’ button appears, you can proceed with the reservation.
4.You create a pre-booking by indicating the campsite, period and accommodation or pitch you’re interested in. Please note: this is not yet a final booking.
To do this, find your favourite campsite and select the year 2026 in the calendar. Then click on ‘Pre-book now’. Don’t see the button? Unfortunately, that means pre-booking isn’t available for that campsite.
Once you’ve entered your details, your pre-booking is complete. We’ll keep an eye on your request. As soon as we receive pricing and availability from our partner, you’ll be the first to know — including the exact price. Your booking only becomes final once you receive confirmation from us. Some partners provide this information as early as August or September, others not until January or February. You can count on us to keep you updated as soon as we know more.
What does it cost?
Pre-booking costs €25. This amount will be fully deducted from your final booking. Don’t want to go ahead or need to cancel? You’ll get a full refund.
How do I cancel my pre-booking?
Send an email to info@suncamp.co.uk with the following details:
- Your booking number
- A clear request to cancel
- Your IBAN bank account number
- Please use the same email address you used for your booking request
We’ll refund the amount as soon as possible.
Terms and conditions
- A pre-booking is not a final reservation.
- The pre-booking fee is €25.
- We will contact you as soon as the price and availability are known.
- The preference you indicate when making the preliminary reservation cannot be guaranteed.
- Our partners provide this information between August and January.
- The booking only becomes final after confirmation from us.
- You can cancel your prebooking at any time, free of charge.
- Did the prebooking become a final booking? You can cancel the final booking until February 15, 2026.
- The €25 will be refunded if you cancel your booking.
