There is a large lake next to this campsite in the Czech Republic, but beware: this is a reservoir and swimming is not allowed. However, there is a lovely swimming pool at the campsite itself. Ideal to take a refreshing dip in the evening after a strenuous day in the city. For children there is a separate children's pool. They can also jump on the trampoline and play table tennis. The friendly atmosphere and the fine facilities are also noteworthy.Ideal for city trip

The city has an authentic atmosphere, you really feel as if you are in the past. This is mainly because Prague is one of the few large European cities that was spared almost entirely during the Second World War. Camping Sokol is also a great base from which to explore the rest of the picturesque rural Czech Republic.
