Plenty of places to visit. Public transport is clean and reliable. Try learning small phrases such as hello/ good day, please and thank you in catalan. It is clearly very appreciated.

Villanova is perfectly situated with lovely beaches nearby and some beautiful old towns to visit by bus or car. There were two buses every hour to take you into barcelona which picked up at the campsite and dropped off right in the centre of the city.

Beautifully landscaped, great beach, & close to airport. Within travelling distance by bus, car or taxi to cambrills where you can catch train.

The nearby town was a pleasant window into spanish life, history and custom. Travel to barcelona was easy, and travel to other towns was moderate.

The beaches in the area were beautiful, very clean with some having blue flag status. Be careful when choosing somewhere to eat. A plate of patata bravas ranges from 4.90 to 10.00 for an example.

A trip into the local town, vilanova, was lovely - it's got an interesting old town and is fun to wander around. We loved the beach. Tarragona was an amazing daytrip, i'd love to go there again and again.
