The campsite is part of the Amarin holiday village, allowing you to make use of all park services, including a restaurant, pizzeria, hairdresser, supermarket, tennis courts, mini golf and a beautiful swimming pool, with a separate children's pool as well. In addition, you can rent boats and bicycles.Animation, entertainment and water sports
However, the campsite Amarin itself also offers many facilities. There is an extensive entertainment programme for all ages. You will also find a restaurant, bar, supermarket and luxury sanitary facilities with even a dog shower.There is a small harbour by the water. Around campsite Amarin you can enjoy many water sports, including surfing, sailing and diving.
Rovinj and Vrsar
Near campsite Amarin you will find the two ancient towns of Rovinj and Vrsar, where it seems as if time has stood still. Definitely worth a visit! It is even possible to visit Rovinj from the campsite by water taxi. But actually the whole Istrian peninsula is worth a visit. If you have not been to Croatia before, you will be amazed by the beauty of this stretch of Adriatic coast, with rocks, bays and islets.

Young couple
De camping was erg basic. Ik ging voor het eerst kamperen in het buitenland (en ook voor langere tijd uberhaupt kamperen) en dat ga ik na de vakantie ook voorlopig niet meer doen.
De toilet/douche gebouwen zijn vrij gedateerd en af en toe was er één buitenwerking omdat ie niet doorspoelde of omdat het touwtje kapot was.
De douches waren krap en er was geen plankje om dingen op te leggen. Én ze waren bijna altijd koud.. of je moest op een gek tijdstip douchen, wanneer ie een tijd niet gebruikt was.
Het enige positieve was dat ie voor mij op een fijne afstand was vanaf de tent.
Verder hadden we een plek met geplet gras en grotere stenen en een half grindpadje als tussenweggetje naar de plek toe. De tent stond altijd vol in de zon. We hadden een boom met alleen een paar takjes. Overigens wel handig om je was/drooglijn aan te bevestigen.
Het strand was bijna altijd helemaal volbezaaid met mensen en ook bij het zwembad. Waar je overigens bij beide moet betalen voor een bedje (serieus!?).
‘S avonds was er een bandje met leuke muziek en dat zat dan helemaal vol. Dus wij konden zelf nergens zitten. Ook nergens om even een spelletje te doen.
Verder hadden we zelf ook niet veel spullen mee, want dat paste helaas niet. Maar al met al was dit geen geschikte plek voor ons. (Ook in vergelijking met de camping waar familie stond iets verderop)

Camping heeft een upgrade nodig t.a.v. sanitair.
Erg verouderd, vaak geen warm wateren te weinig voorzieningen.
Over het algemeen wel schoon!

Mooie schone camping. Veel te doen, mooi strand, campingwinkel aanwezig en goede horeca. Voor pubers is het minder leuk, alles gaat om 23.00 dicht.

Mooie grote camping met veel faciliteiten. Je kunt op diverse plekken eten en drinken halen. Sanitair is soms wat verouderd maar wordt regelmatig schoongemaakt. Wat wij jammer vinden is dat je voor alles moet betalen, zelfs voor tafeltennis. Daarnaast zijn de drankjes ook aan de wat prijzige kant. Eten is wel goed en normaal geprijsd.

Heerlijk rustige camping. Mooie grote plaatsen. Veel sanitairgebouwen. Lekker dichtbij de zee. Mooi en heerlijk zwembad. Personeel spreekt vele talen. Boottaxi van camping naar Rovinj. Veel mogelijkheden om watersporten te beoefenen zowel met eigen middelen als te huur aldaar
