This campsite on the west coast of Croatia, just 3 kilometers from the historic port town of Umag, is nestled among beautiful beaches. You can enjoy a swim in the sun-drenched outdoor pool on the campsite. Or do you prefer a refreshing dip in the sea? The sunny weather invites you to take a daily dip, with plenty of choices.
Adventure and fun
No one gets bored at this campsite. The kids quickly make new holiday friends thanks to the fun animation program. A real pirate ship stands at the harbor, where the kids can play for hours. Or rent a kayak to explore the coast together. Along the coast, you can also take diving lessons. And if you still have energy, join a Zumba class or play a game of water polo. Of course, you end the day under the stars at the outdoor cinema.
Historical coastal towns
From the campsite, you can walk right into Umag, a picturesque harbor town. Enjoy the view over the deep blue sea or wander through the narrow streets. On the city's peninsula, you'll find a museum at the very tip, where you'll have a breathtaking view. And let's not forget the go-kart track, which is very fun for children from about 8 years old. You can easily reach this city on foot or by bike (1.5 km). And besides beautiful Umag, be sure to explore the many child-friendly beaches nearby.
A coastal journey
Make your stay at this campsite complete with a relaxing trip along the sunny west coast of Croatia. Several tourist spots await you here. Whether you want to stroll through a historic center or immerse yourself in museum culture, there's plenty to discover. Moreover, exploring the many hidden gems along the coast by bike is a delightful way to fully enjoy the sun, sea, and tranquility.
- In ATP Sport Arena Stella Maris from 17th – 20th May 2024 a big event is going on, Sea Star Festival powered by Exit. During those periods we expect more ongoing activities and visitors, movements inside and outside of Stella Maris resort and consenquently less peace and harmony than usual.
- The Croatian Open Umag tennis tournament takes place next to the campsite in the last week of July (2024: 22-28) annually. This means it will be busier than usual at Stella Maris.
