The water park at this campsite in Slovenia is impressive to say the least. A relaxing camping holiday in beautiful Slovenia
Camping Terme Čatež is set in green surroundings in eastern Slovenia. The name of the campsite gives you a clue as to what makes it so special: this Slovenian campsite has its own natural thermal springs. These supply water to the large and extensive water park.
There is also plenty to discover beyond the campsite. The town of Brežice is around 4 kilometres away, while Mokrice is approximately 9 kilometres from the campsite. Zagreb is also within easy reach, with the Croatian capital around 30 kilometres away. Would you like to explore the surrounding area at your own pace? You can hire bicycles and electric bikes at the campsite.
A huge thermal water park
Do you love swimming? Then Camping Terme Čatež is the perfect place for you. The Summer Thermal Riviera features more than 10,000 m² of thermal water and offers endless aquatic fun with large water slides, water games, wave pools and a lazy river. On Pirate Island, children can climb, play and enjoy their own adventures.
Even when the weather is less inviting, you can still enjoy the water. The Winter Thermal Riviera has heated indoor pools, water attractions and the famous pirate ship. While the children are having fun, you can relax in the warm thermal water or simply float around at your leisure.
Great food, sport and relaxation
After an afternoon of swimming or sport, you are bound to have worked up an appetite. On and around the campsite, you will find a pizzeria, fast food restaurants, snack bars, a pub, an ice cream parlour and a patisserie. Whether you fancy a quick bite or a full dinner, you will not have to go far.
Sports enthusiasts are also spoilt for choice. You can play tennis, football, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, badminton and squash, among other activities. There is also a fitness room. Ready to unwind? Visit the wellness area, which includes saunas and spa facilities.

SunLodge guests enjoy free entry to the outdoor water park twice a day, except during the autumn and winter period. Prefer to swim indoors? Instead, you can use the indoor water park once a day for up to three hours, except during the autumn and winter period. If you would like to use both the indoor and outdoor water parks on the same day, an additional charge applies.
After a day full of water fun, you can relax in comfort at your own SunLodge. From your terrace, you can enjoy views of the green surroundings and the hills in the distance.

During the winter period, facilities are limited, but some of the indoor swimming pools remain open. Access to the pools is not included in the price during the autumn and winter period.

Leider keine Nachtruhe. Laute Musik und Gegröle jede Nacht bis in die Morgenstunden von feiernden Gruppen. Der Sicherheitsdienst sah tatenlos zu. Die Rezeption sagte sie sei nicht zuständig und die Mitarbeiter des Vermieters ist nachts nicht anwesend und verwiesen auf den Sicherheitsdienst.

Einen kleinen gemütlichen Campingplatz. Die Häuser waren modern und gut ausgestattet. Den Auqapark ist der Hammer! Alle Schwimmbäder sind geheizt ca.28-34 C

Der Platz ist sehr ordentlich und sticht heraus.

Vorteil: man kann sich seinen Platz selber aussuchen und ist so völlig flexibel.
Nachteil: kein Frischwasser am Platz, Schuko-Stecker notwendig.
Riesen Aquapark mit vielen Auswahlmöglichkeiten, definitiv ein kinderparadies. Preise im Aquapark sehr teuer, besser vorher im Supermarkt eindecken, da man nur zweimal am Tag in den aquapark kommt.
Das Wasser ist sehr warm. Wer Abkühlung sucht, sucht vergeblich. 28-34 Grad Wasser Temperatur.
Die Sanitäranlagen sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber erfüllen ihren Zweck.

Toller Campingplatz. Die Mobilehomes waren neuwertig und sehr schön eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles notwendige vorhanden und die Spülmaschiene war eine super Sache.
Die couriers, die die Häuschen und Zelte von Suncamp betreuen, waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Die Pools mit den Rutschen und der Rummel waren für die Kinder ein Highlight.
Rundum ein toller Urlaub.
Die überdachte Terrasse war ein Traum
