The Costa Brava is a popular destination for sunny holidays. On the edge of this lively region you’ll find Camping del Mar, located directly on the beach of Malgrat de Mar. This small-scale campsite is ideal for families who enjoy the beach, peace and comfort, but also like to seek out some liveliness now and then. The campsite and its immediate surroundings are very quiet, yet thanks to its convenient location you can easily visit a bustling town or a water park.
Swimming and relaxing by the beach
From Camping del Mar you can walk straight onto a calm sandy beach. Even during the high season, this beach remains relatively quiet. This allows you to relax in the sun while the children play. The campsite itself also features a swimming pool with a separate children’s pool and sun loungers. The palm trees surrounding the pool complete the holiday atmosphere. Enjoy staying active? Then make use of one of the sports fields or a game of mini golf.
A true family holiday
Camping del Mar offers a range of facilities that contribute to a pleasant family holiday. Children can play safely in the playground or at the AquaSplash – a water play area filled with fountains and water features. During the high season, the animation team organises plenty of fun activities for all ages. Looking for a bit more adventure? The water sports school is located right in front of the campsite. Here you can take lessons in windsurfing, kayaking or paddleboarding. There are programmes for every level, or you can simply hire the equipment. A great activity for the whole family!
A convenient location just outside the crowds
This campsite is situated just outside the busy centre of Malgrat de Mar, making it ideal for families with children. At the same time, the lively town centre (4 km) is easy to reach by car or bicycle. Here you’ll find pleasant promenades, shops and markets. For families with children, the nearby Marineland water park (3 km) promises a full day of water fun. Other lovely places to visit include Blanes (7 km) and Lloret de Mar (14 km). Barcelona (65 km) is also easily accessible. During your stay at Camping del Mar, you can always choose between enjoying the peace and quiet or immersing yourself in the lively atmosphere of the Costa Brava.
