General information
Plenty of facilities for a great time
The Croatian campsite Solaris is part of a resort comprising hotels and a harbour. Guests staying at the campsite are able to make use of all the facilities – and there are a lot! You will be staying in a place which is vibrant with activity both by day and by night. Enjoy a dynamic holiday and let the cheerful sounds of the welcoming bars and restaurants invite you for an evening of entertainment.
Picturesque location
The campsite is located in a beautiful pine forest next to the beach and close to the marina. Breath in the sea air! There is tons to do at Camping Solaris. There is a swimming pool for the campsite guests (open from mid-April to mid-October) and plenty to entertain everyone, both young and old. Make time to visit the brilliant mini-golf course. The mini-golf course is a real attraction. The fairy-tale-like sounds of canons firing contribute to the experience!
Largest water park on the Adriatic coast
You will find the large, luxury aquapark on another part of the resort (entrance fee applies, open from mid-April to late September). This park has a unique design and is the largest of its kind on the Adriatic coast. It is located between Kids hotel Andrija and Beach Hotel Jakov in the heart of Dalmatia. Young and old will have a wonderful day here, playing and relaxing in and around the water. Children younger than six must be accompanied by an adult. It's a fantastic park with a lazy river, slides, waterfalls, and much more. And then there's also the luxury wellness centre with all kinds of facilities including a hairdresser. A wonderful place to relax and be pampered, and to charge up your batteries for an evening's clubbing or wining and dining in the local restaurants. The (partly pebble) beaches are attractive to children, also because there is a playground on the beach. There is a beach shower and rental of sun loungers and parasols.
Be active or relax; whatever you feel like
Sports fans can play basketball, football, beach volleyball, tennis, mini-golf, table tennis and take part in water-based sports or hire a bike at the Solaris campsite (please note that you may need to pay for some activities).
If you would like to cook your own meal, you can do your shopping at the supermarket on-site or buy something small in the Solaris souvenir shop. The restaurant on-site is great – it's so good, you might eat here every evening! You can also get a quick meal at the snack bar. The paths at the campsite are well laid out.
Historical cities and national parks
The Krka and Kornati national parks are close to campsite Solaris and encapsulate the beauty of this Mediterranean region and allow you to enjoy the extraordinary landscape. There are also restaurants and a wealth of sports activities in the area. The historical town of Šibenik is only 6 kilometres away, and is well worth a visit, even if it's just for the events that regularly take place here. There are a number of nice towns to visit, such as Soline, Rozac and Vranijca Belvedere, which are around 50 kilometres from this campsite in Croatia.
