Camping Le Carbonnier is set in a rural area surrounded by rolling hills. The calm and peaceful atmosphere instantly makes you feel at home. But that doesn’t mean there’s nothing to do on the campsite! You’ll have endless fun every day in one of the pools. A day ‘at home’ here truly feels like a holiday!Plenty of water fun
The campsite offers more than enough opportunities for swimming fun for all ages. Cool off in one of the many pools. The little ones will love the water playground and the heated toddler pool. For the older guests, there’s a heated indoor pool and several outdoor pools. Enjoy even more fun on the various slides! When it’s time to relax, grab a sun lounger by the water and unwind.Time for action!
Ready for some action again? Jump back into the water for an aquagym session to cool down, or stay dry and join one of the many activities on land. Fishing, football, table tennis: you name it, you can do it at Le Carbonnier. There’s free entertainment for kids and themed evenings are organized regularly. In the rolling hills of the Dordogne, you’ll find plenty of beautiful sights for a great day out. The region is dotted with charming villages, castles, and caves. And we haven’t even mentioned the delicious food and fine wines yet! The Lascaux Caves and the Gouffre de Proumeyssac are a must for the whole family. Towns like Sarlat and Brantôme are perfect for an afternoon of strolling and shopping. And don’t miss out on the many castles — Beynac-et-Cazenac, for example, is absolutely worth a visit.A peaceful family campsite
Even though there’s plenty to do in the surrounding area, you can always return to the campsite’s peaceful atmosphere at the end of the day. In the cozy reception building, you’ll also find a restaurant with a terrace. So if you don’t feel like cooking after an active day, you’re more than welcome to enjoy a nice meal there. Don’t forget to order an authentic French wine to round off your day perfectly. We say: santé!
