The five-star campsite Douce Quiétude – Sandaya is located in Saint-Raphaël on the Côte d’Azur, less than 10 minutes away from the Mediterranean coast. The campsite lies in a forested area on the edge of the Esterel Massif.
Enjoy the wonderful water park
The spectacular supervised waterpark is incredibly eye-catching. There are two jacuzzis and a range of swimming pools, a water flume that is 50 metres long, plus a covered and heated toddlers’ pool. You can enjoy relaxing on the sun terrace on one of the loungers by the swimming pool or next to the poolside restaurant/bar. The restaurant at Douce Quiétude – Sandaya campsite has both Mediterranean and international specialities. You can book half or full board for your meals during your stay. Clubs for all ages, including teenagers
The multilingual entertainment team work around the clock to organise a range of fun and sporty activities, some of which take place in and around the pool. There are a range of clubs for all ages, including teenagers. Wifi is available across the whole campsite. There is a spa and gym, tai chi classes, a beauty salon and unforgettable evening activities, including children’s shows, dance and music evenings and a disco. You can play a whole range of sports here, however do not forget pétanque which is the local sport. You can also enjoy the botanical area with its zen garden, scented flowers and tai chi lessons.
Discover this beautiful region
The beaches of Agay, Saint-Raphaël and Fréjus, and the pebble beaches of Dramont and Boulouris are close by. You can hike and mountain bike to your hearts content in the volcanic coastal mountain range of the Esterel, which is close to the campsite. The Douce Quiétude campsite is the ideal base to discover the Alpes Maritime, Var and Provence regions. From here you can take a trip to Cannes and Saint-Tropez. You can drive along the majestic coastal road or discover the Gorges du Verdon and the picturesque villages of Valensole, Riez, Aiguines, Bauduen and Castellane. The department of Var on the Mediterranean coast has a typical southern French landscape and offers many opportunities in terms of sport, culture and nature. Make sure you do not miss the typical Provencal products, such as ratatouille, garlic sauce, olive oil, wine, lavender, figs and honey.
