General information
Camping by Lake Trasimeno, where Umbria meets Tuscany
Nestled on the shores of Lake Trasimeno and surrounded by the rolling green hills of Umbria, you'll find Campeggio Punta Navaccia. The friendly campsite owners go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The pitches are partially shaded by tall trees, so you’ll be camping right in the heart of nature!
Large amphitheatre for shows and parties
There’s no shortage of facilities on the campsite, including a small marina with boat moorings, a large covered amphitheatre, and swimming pools for both adults and children. During the high season, there’s multilingual entertainment and activities. In the evenings, enjoy vibrant shows, musicals, mini discos or pool parties. Or head over to the lively on-site nightclub! Kids will have a blast at the mini club or the brand-new adventure park, and little ones can enjoy the playground.
Stay fit and active
If you like to stay active on holiday, Punta Navaccia has plenty to offer. You can play tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, table tennis, go swimming, work out in the fitness area, or join a game of mini football — all right on site!
Dragon boat races
At the lake, you can go waterskiing, windsurfing, sailing, or hop into a canoe — all free of charge. You can also join one of the free boat trips around the lake, which include a relaxing swim stop near the lush green islands. What a treat! Several times a week in July and August, the campsite hosts thrilling dragon boat races. The team that paddles around the island and back first takes the win!
Grab groceries or dine out
Need supplies? There’s a handy mini market right on the campsite. And if you don’t feel like cooking, the restaurant and pizzeria have you covered with delicious local dishes.
Explore the medieval gems of Umbria and Tuscany
The surrounding area is full of opportunities for day trips. You can start with a boat tour across Lake Trasimeno. Tuscany is just around the corner, and cities like Rome, Florence, and Arezzo are within easy reach. From the campsite, located right on the border of Umbria and Tuscany, you can also explore historic towns such as Perugia, Spello, Spoleto, and Montefalco.
