Sunny family holiday at Lake Garda
Camping Le Palme is in a prime spot on the southeastern shore of Lake Garda, between Peschiera del Garda and Lazise. You'll stay on a well-organised, neatly maintained terraced campsite with views of the lake. From your pitch, it's just a short walk to the pebble beach with its own swimming jetty. In high season it’s lively but never overcrowded. Families quickly feel at home here. And the charming town of Peschiera, with its old fortress walls and cosy cafés, is just a ten-minute drive away.
Spacious pitches under the trees
The pitches are set on terraces and surrounded by deciduous and pine trees – plenty of lovely shade. The paths are wide and paved, so getting to your spot is easy. From the lower terraces, you even get a view of Lake Garda. Don’t feel like setting up your own tent? Go for a comfortable mobile home, bungalow, or apartment instead. Everything is well maintained. And the guests? Mostly families with kids, a friendly mix of Dutch, Italian, and German campers.
Swimming, playing and tasty food
Two large outdoor pools provide endless water fun. One pool is heated and comes with water slides and hydromassage. There's a small animation theatre for kids' shows and crafts, and sports fields across the road where they can run wild. The 80-metre pebble beach is easily accessible via a wheelchair-friendly path. At the restaurant, enjoy pizza and pasta with a fantastic lake view. And every morning? Fresh bread from the campsite shop!
Exploring a varied region
In the mood for an outing? Hop in the car and you’ll be in romantic Verona (32 km) in less than half an hour. Or head into the hills around Bardolino (10.5 km), where you can taste local wines and wander through charming villages. Prefer something with more thrills? Gardaland amusement park (2.5 km) is just around the corner. With so many local markets, beaches and hiking trails nearby, there’s always something fun to do for the whole family.
