A mountain holiday in Austria with young children: good idea, or asking for trouble? Colleague Marieke spent two weeks camping in Tyrol, Austria, with her husband and son of almost six. She was a bit apprehensive to start with. Wouldn’t the countryside be too boring? Would there be other children to play with at the campsite? And would hiking in the mountains not be too tiring? The Tour de France cyclists are once again crossing the country between 7 and 29 July, which is of course the perfect opportunity to witness it in person.
